This error occurs after 5 failed attempts of capturing fingerprint by a mobile user.
For each of the first 3 failed attempts the user will be displayed with a message “The fingerprint you scanned did not match our records. Please try again/another”
After the 4th failed attempt, the user will be displayed with a message “ You will be automatically locked with another failed attempt”
On the 5th failed attempt, the application is locked and an error is displayed, "5 incorrect attempts. Try again later." with a 5 minutes live countdown timer.
To resolve this:
- Ensure you capture the correct fingerprint.
- After 5 minutes live countdown timer, the screen automatically unlocks and the Mobile User is displayed with a screen to enter PIN/Fingerprint.
