TaroWorks Partner User profile is not having the 'API Enabled' permission
Follow these steps on PART B to enable API for TaroWorks Partner User Profile
The date or time on the device is incorrect.
Correct the date and time on the device.
The Android web services application is not up to date.
Update the Android System Webview App on the device.
