For security reasons, TaroWorks only permit a mobile user to log in to one device at anytime, trying to log in on another device would give Error 10010. This error can also be caused by not logging out properly. (Eg. clearing app data or uninstalling the app while still logged in.)
- Check your other devices to see if this mobile user is already logged in there. Log out if the device is found.
- If you are sure that there are no other devices currently logged in using the same username, confirm that you are using the correct version of the app.
- If app version is correct, reset the app.
- If the problem persists, contact TaroWorks Support.
