In TaroWorks administrators have the ability to set a mobile user’s status to Inactive (usually in cased compromised passwords or staff termination.) An inactive mobile user is not permitted to sync.
If the mobile user is not set to Inactive / Blocked on purpose, find the record for the mobile user.
- If the mobile user’s status is Inactive or Blocked, change it active and try to sync again.
- If the status is already active, then there is an unexpected system error. Please contact TaroWorks Support.
