Cause
Error 20004 occurs when a completed job cannot be synced because the related form has already been closed and will not accept any more data. If you didn't close the form on purpose, it is very likely that someone has made a change in your database that has invalidated the form. (See Actions to Avoid while using TaroWorks for details.)
(Note that it is normally not possible to close a form if it is still being used in an active published job.)
Solution
- Confirm that you are using the correct version of the mobile app.
- Confirm if the related form is closed. If yes, it is not possible to re-publish a closed form. Rebuild the form and the job, making sure the data collection task is using a valid form and try again. Note the cloning of an invalid form and/or job is not always possible.
- If the form is not closed, report this error to TaroWorks Support.
