Error 20004 occurs when a completed job cannot be synced because the related survey has already been closed and will not accept any more data. If you didn't close the survey on purpose, it is very likely that someone has made a change in your database that has invalidated the survey. (See Actions to Avoid while using TaroWorks for details.)
(Note that it is normally not possible to close a survey if it is still being used in an active published job.)
- Confirm that you are using the correct version of the mobile app.
- Confirm if the related survey is closed. If yes, it is not possible to re-publish a closed survey. Rebuild the survey and the job, making sure the data collection task is using a valid survey and try again. Note the cloning of an invalid survey and/or job is not always possible.
- If the survey is not closed, report this error to TaroWorks Support.
