Error 20008 occurs when photos and signatures files cannot be sent due to missing information, causing the entire completed job to fail the sync. This is very rare, and could be the result of device error.
- Confirm that you are using the correct version of the mobile app. Then try syncing again.
- Complete a test job with the photo or signature question, and then syncing it to see the information reached Salesforce server. If it does not, avoid performing any more job on the device as those completed jobs may not sync properly.
- Report the problem job to TaroWorks Support.
- Mobile users may manually delete the completed jobs in their devices, this will flush the invalid jobs to avoid future error messages. (This requires Mobile App version 1.7.2 and up.)
