Error 20010 occurs when the form an answer is rejected by Salesforce because it violated a validation rule for the field they are mapped to. For example, if a number field only accepts up to a 3-digits but in the answer in the form was “1000” that would cause this error. The job will remain in the device, giving the Salesforce administrator the chance to change the rule.
- Confirm that you are using the correct version of the mobile app.
- Confirm if the validation rule is correct. If not, edit the field or the validation rule then sync again. (Note that some type of changes such as changing the field type would erase all existing data for that field. Use caution when proceeding.)
- If the problem persists, report the problem to TaroWorks Support.
