Error 20016 occurs when the xForm sent to the device does not conform to standard format. If the xForm was manually edited, that would be likely cause. Note that editing the xForm is for advanced users only.
- Confirm that you are using the correct version of the app then try again.
- If the xForm has been manually edited, use the Xform Validator to see if it has been corrupted. If it has, close the job and survey and rebuilt them again.
- If the xForm have not been manually edited or if the Xform Validator confirm the form as valid, report the problem job to TaroWorks Support.
