Error 30003 occurs when there is a new job with a view resource task waiting to be synced to the device but the resource file (movie file) cannot be found. This is usually caused by the accidental deletion of the resource file in the TaroWorks library. (Note: Reimporting the file into the library would not resolve this error.
- Confirm that you are using the correct version of the app.
- Check if the target resource file is still in the TaroWorks library.
- If the file is not found, re-importing the file into the library and rebuild the job. (Simply re-importing the file is not enough.)
- If the file is present, please report the job and version to TaroWorks Support.
