Error 20006 occurs if the device cannot locate the XML files that stored the survey responses, preventing the completed jobs from syncing. This is can be due to those file(s) being moved/deleted from the SD memory card or device error. The information from completed jobs may be permanently lost in this case.
- Confirm that you are using the correct version of the mobile app.
- Complete a test job, and then syncing it to see the information reached Salesforce server. If it does not, avoid performing any more job on the device as those completed jobs may not sync properly.
- Mobile users should manually delete the completed jobs in their devices, this will flush the invalid jobs to avoid future error messages. (This requires Mobile App version 1.7.2 and up.)
