Error 20015 occurs when form information stored on the odk/instance directory as been moved or deleted. This error means that the information collected by the device has been lost.
- Confirm that you are using the correct version of the app then try again.
- Check to see if the files can be found and restore them to the odk/instance directory.
- Report the problem job to TaroWorks Support if this happens repeatedly or if there are obviously no changes made to the contents of the odk/instance directory.
