NOTE: Prior to Android App version 1.8.0, this error message displays as "Error 80002: TaroWorks could not establish an internet connection. Please verify your connection and your Salesforce URL and try again, or contact your administrator."
The Android device cannot resolve the URL given to find Salesforce Server. This is usually caused by DNS errors in the connection your device is using or by a typo in the URL.
- Check the URL and then try again. If you have a hyphen in your url, please check that there isn't another hyphen available in your device's keyboard. If so, try the other (-).
- Reset any wifi or mobile data connection try again.
- Use another connection if possible.
- If the problem persists, please contact TaroWorks Support.
