- Device make, model and specifications
- Field Officer’s username and password
- Salesforce Server URL;
- Version of the Android App and Salesforce Managed Package;
- Which jobs were involved;
- What were the exact steps done;
- Which records were drilled down into; and,
- If the error happened all the time or only under some situations.
