To use TaroWorks 3.0 and above, Communities need to be provisioned by Salesforce. If you'd like to confirm whether you have communities enabled in your instance, following these steps:
- Click Setup. For Lightning find setup above, for Classic, see below screenshot.
- Navigate to Customize and look for the option Communities.
Tip: Type 'communities' in the search bar above the menu.
- If these menu options are available, Communities have been enabled for your instance. If not, you'll need to contact TaroWorks to work with Salesforce to have these settings enabled.
