If you have attempted to install the update and received the message "App not installed", your mobile device is attempting to downgrade. The version of TaroWorks you have installed on your mobile device is not compatible with the version of TaroWorks you have installed in your Salesforce Instance.
In order to correct this, you need to install the correct version of TaroWorks on your mobile device. First, confirm the compatible mobile version by clicking on the App launcher sign in the left corner, typing in Application version and selecting Application Version.
The highest number that is checked is the apk version should be downloaded onto your device.
Uninstall the current version of TaroWorks on your device by going to your android Settings menu, Application Manager, and selecting TaroWorks. Click Uninstall.
From your mobile device, click the installation link for the compatible apk version located here that matches the mobile version that you captured from Salesforce. Download and install the correct version, and log into TaroWorks.
