The TaroWorks managed package that you have installed in Salesforce must be compatible with the TaroWorks apk your mobile user has installed on their mobile device. If you're seeing the following message, you do not have the latest mobile version activated.
NOTE: Once you activate the new mobile version, your mobile users will be prompted to download the new apk upon the next sync. The file is roughly 11MB and will require a internet connection for download. You can also manually install the new version on the devices by transferring the file via cable.
Steps to activate new mobile application version:
- Click the Application Settings link in the Reminder message.
- Click the arrow next to Application Versions.
- Check the Is Active checkmark box for the highest version number, and uncheck any others.
- Click Save.
