    ProcessSurveyDataBatchSchedule is still queue after the schedule time set

    Hi Alexis! The scheduling is based on your time zone. Can you verify whether your user account is on the local time zone by going to your name in the upper right hand corner, My Settings, Personal, Language &Time Zone. If so, can you please email us at support@taroworks.org?
