Cause
This error is caused by an upgrade to TaroWorks 4.3.X where all the steps were not completed. An Apex Job needs to run in order to enable drill-down hierarchy filters.
Solution
Please revisit the steps in this article to ensure that this Job has run.

ProcessSurveyDataBatchSchedule is still queue after the schedule time set
Hi Alexis! The scheduling is based on your time zone. Can you verify whether your user account is on the local time zone by going to your name in the upper right hand corner, My Settings, Personal, Language &Time Zone. If so, can you please email us at support@taroworks.org?
