Once in a while after heavy use you may find yourself running out of Attachment space. In attachments, a couple of TaroWorks attachments are stored, here's a quick guide on knowing which ones you can delete and which ones you should be careful with.
- xform.xml (from a Form Version) // Do NOT delete, until you are sure it is not in use for any existing Forms
- submission.xml (from a Submission) : Should be deleted from SF only when you are sure that it won’t be required anymore and Submission records are correctly created.
For e.g. many times due to bad mapping or errors submission xml is saved in SF but records are not there. In this case this attachment is the only way to determine the answers entered by mobile user (as these are no longer present on mobile as well).
So, we recommend deleting only those which you are 150% sure that won’t be required.
- a3f226395f95c18c1424164069436_metadata.json (attachment on a Contact) // Can be deleted if you are using TaroWorks 4.8 and above
