Each TaroWorks customer can receive up to 1 hour of free support per month. Support service includes answering questions and supporting customers in troubleshooting issues. Training, design, or building things in your organization on your behalf are not included in your free hour of support. Examples of tasks that would not be included in your support hour are authoring Dynamic Operations calculations or validations, and creating automations to copy custom field values from the TaroWorks Mobile User object to the Contact or User objects. Please note that we also do not debug Dynamic Operations that leverage external services.
If you have have an initiative for which you would like hands-on assistance or individualized consulting services, you can ask your Customer Success Manager about purchasing an ongoing consulting package from TaroWorks. Some examples may include:
- Advisory consulting for your data model and mobile record assignment placement
- Capacity extension (TaroWorks resource builds Jobs, automations, or custom Dynamic Operations)
- Dedicated resource to support you in your implementation or post-implementation activities
- Migrating Forms or Jobs between Salesforce environments
