What is the difference between Partner Community, Salesforce and Platform licenses?

• Salesforce License entitles users to full access to all standard CRM functionality, standard applications, custom applications and AppExchange apps. It is commonly used for TaroWorks Form and Job builders logging directly into Salesforce. However, it can also be used for TaroWorks Mobile Users who do not qualify for use of the Partner Community license and need access to CRM objects.
• Salesforce platform license is for users who need to access custom or AppExchange apps but not standard CRM functionality. These users have access to core platform functionality such as accounts, contacts, custom tabs, reports, dashboards and documents but are restricted in other ways. This is commonly used for TaroWorks Mobile Users who do not qualify for Partner Community licenses and do not require access to CRM objects like Products or Pricebooks.
• Partner Community license is for business-to-business experiences that need access to sales data such as partner relationship management. This is commonly used for TaroWorks Mobile Users that qualify, as it allows for access to CRM objects but is less costly than the Salesforce license.
