When do you use the TaroWorks Mobile User Permission set vs TaroWorks Partner User Profile?

The TaroWorks Mobile User Permission set became available in TaroWorks 7.3.X and can be assigned to mobile users on any supported license type. This permission set contains the same permissions as the TaroWorks Partner User profile. This permission set contains the access required to use the TaroWorks mobile application. However, you will also need to give your users access to the objects and fields required for their TaroWorks Jobs - either on their profile or an additional permission set. Now that this permission set is available, it is not longer required to use the TaroWorks Partner User profile.

Notes:

• TaroWorks Partner User profile can only be used for users on a Partner Community license whereas the TaroWorks Mobile User Permission can be assigned to users on any supported license
• Partner Community licensed users can choose to use the TaroWorks Partner User Profile or the TaroWorks Mobile User permission set, which contain the same permissions as the profile.
