TaroWorks creates a new Survey record instead of updating an existing Survey record even with correct field mapping

Cause

The Object in the Form field mapping has the same API name as one of the TaroWorks package objects. In this case, the mapped object is Survey, API name is Survey__c which is the same API name as the TaroWorks Forms Object.

Solution

Do not map to Objects with the same API names as the TaroWorks package objects.
As a workaround, you can create a buffer Object to map on the TaroWorks Form and then use a Salesforce flow to update the existing object. 

Note:

You should not create custom objects with the same API name as the TaroWorks Package Objects. This is a known issue and will be fixed in a future TaroWorks release.
