Starting TaroWorks 7.5, multiple Android versions of TaroWorks can work with a single Salesforce version of TaroWorks, and multiple Salesforce versions of TaroWorks can work with one Android version of TaroWorks.

This means that not every TaroWorks upgrade in Salesforce will require a corresponding upgrade on the Android device unless a change is needed on the mobile side. With this, your TaroWorks Mobile Users can continue working on a previous TaroWorks version on mobile after you upgrade your TaroWorks on Salesforce. To allow this, skip the steps below.
Note: To allow the mobile users to upgrade to a TaroWorks version matching the TaroWorks version in Salesforce, you will need to download the relevant apk on the TaroWorks Release page

If you would like to upgrade the TaroWorks version on mobile to match the TaroWorks version on Salesforce, follow the steps below so that the mobile users can receive the prompt to download TaroWorks 7.5 on their Android devices upon sync.

A) Uncheck Application Versions

1. Go to App Launcher and search Application Settings > Application Versions

   

   2. Uncheck all versions except 7.4.2 and 7.5.
