How do I uninstall TaroWorks?

WARNING: Uninstalling the managed package from your production org will result in the loss of all unmapped data and data in TaroWorks package objects including but not limited to Forms, Jobs, and Submissions and their related photo and signature files. Any dependencies on the TaroWorks application that have been developed in your org will need to be removed before the uninstallation can be successful.
