TaroWorks Advanced Training

Who: TaroWorks Admins who are comfortable with basics but want to fill knowledge gaps or strengthen existing skills.

What: Mix and match 3 training modules such as;

• Advanced Form Design
  • In this module, you will delve deeper into performing translations, cascading selects, calculations and validations. 
• Advanced User Management
  • Learn how to perform mass mobile record assignment, public group management and custom views.
• Performance Management or Community Management
  • To help you track your users performance, learn how to set job targets and performance indicators. You can also learn how to communicate with users and partners, and have them view reports and dashboards and edit their data through the Partner Community.
• TaroWorks Administration
  • Deep dive into license management, user security and sharing rules, assigning jobs to groups, management of logs and back-ups.
• TaroWorks Backend
  • Refresh your skills on Field Mapping, Drill Down Hierarchies, Task Mapping, Scoring and logic

How: Minimum of 1 and a half days (8 hrs full day + 4 hr half day) of in-person training, or remotely for 3 days (4hrs per day)
