How to get data from a Form into phone and email fields?

Currently it is not possible to map TaroWorks form questions directly to  email or checkbox data types. This video shows how you can achieve the same result by adding another field and a workflows. To employ the same workaround for a checklist, create a Single Select question and use workflow to either check or leave unchecked a checkbox data type accordingly.

Note: The Phone Number data type is now supported.
