Cascading Select (your file name) could not be processed due to an error encountered below:
The file is not in UTF-8 format and contains special characters. It must be converted to be able upload it.
Please fix the error and any other rows that may have the same error, and upload the file again in the Cascading Select Manager.
Your .csv file was not saved in the Unicode (UTF-8) format for Windows. When you save please be sure to specify the format it is encoded in.
If you are using a Mac computer, you will need to specify as CSV for Windows when you save.
Otherwise, open the file in Windows Notepad (or equivalent that gives you the option to save in UTF-8 format) then Click Save As, choose the UTF-8 Format and then save.
