Logs can be very helpful to our development team, should you run into any issues that require debugging. Carry out the following steps for TaroWorks 3.0 and above to capture TaroWorks logs for quicker issue resolution, should you run into an issue. If you would like to periodically clear logs to free up device space, these instructions are listed as well.
Turning on Logs
- On your Mobile Device, click Settings.
- Click Logs.
- Check Record logs on device.
Note: Starting 7.3.X the checkmark box has been changed to toggle for Record Logs.
Clearing Logs
- On your device in TaroWorks, navigate to Settings > Logs and click Clear Logs.
Note: Starting 7.3.X, clearing logs and backups have been combined to one options. - Click Clear Logs.
- Click OK.
