What are the limits on syncing?

Salesforce allows a maximum of 200 API calls per day per Partner Community User (Mobile User).

With TaroWorks, around 13 API calls are made if there is only one object assigned to MU and less than 2000 records are assigned. Most often  20 - 30 calls are made on synchronization, so theoretically a single Mobile User can sync up to 6 - 10 times a day.  

The following Salesforce reference also lists a maximum of 1 million API calls per day for the entire organization for an Enterprise Edition instance.
