01. Add Compatible Mobile Version

Introduction 

The TaroWorks 8.0 Release is mobile-only and does not include a corresponding Salesforce 8.0 release. The TaroWorks 8.0 mobile app is fully compatible with TaroWorks version 7.6.2 in Salesforce.

You can complete the upgrade by following the instructions from Step 1: Add Compatible Mobile Version through Step 3: Update Application Settings, or watch the 8.0 upgrade video for a guided walkthrough. 

Before you begin:

• You must be on TaroWorks version 7.6.2. If not, please upgrade to TaroWorks 7.6.2 first.
• Log in as System Administrator (Customize Application and Modify All Data permissions enabled)

To enable mobile users on TaroWorks 8.0 to sync with Salesforce, follow these steps to add the 8.0 version as a compatible mobile version in your Salesforce instance.

1. Go to the App Launcher and search for Compatible Mobile Version.
   
    
2. Click New and Add 80 under Version Number.
   Click Save.
