03. Update Application Settings

Introduction

The TaroWorks Admin should perform this step after confirming that all TaroWorks Mobile Users have successfully transitioned to TaroWorks 8.0 on their Mobile Devices.

 

Before you begin:

• TaroWorks Mobile Users must transition to TaroWorks 8.0 APK before proceeding; older versions will fail to sync.

1. Go to the App Launcher and search for Application Settings.

   

   2. Click Application Versions
   

   3. Uncheck all versions. Then click Save.

   

   Conclusion

   Completing these steps permanently disables data syncing for all mobile users on versions older than TaroWorks 8.0 APK.
