What does the Sync Progress Bar mean?

The Sync Progress bar provides the mobile users more detailed information on progress during a sync.

There are up to 13 steps to syncing:

1. Checking for App Updates - checking for required upgrades.
2. Recording geolocation - only capture if geolocations services are on and available.
3. Processing Jobs - sending completed Jobs to Salesforce.
4. Uploading Completed Jobs - confirming completed jobs sent to Salesforce.
5. Downloading Jobs - Jobs assigned to user.
6. Downloading attachments - any images to be displayed in the drill-down hierarchy.
7. Downloading form mappings - connections from Forms to database.
8. Downloading forms - downloading form details for input.
9. Downloading score groups 
10. Downloading printing detail
11. Downloading cascading selects
12. Downloading media files - files for View Resource tasks
13. Downloading performance data

Starting in TaroWorks 6.4, on step 3 you will see the percentage of Jobs processed. This is most commonly the longest step of your sync process.

Note: You will receive a sync error for Jobs that did not successfully sync to Salesforce.
