Introduction
For TaroWorks Mobile Users to be able to sync successfully after upgrading to 7.3.X, they will need to be granted access to the Remote Library field on the Question Object.
This article details the step-by-step instructions for granting access to this field in your Salesforce instance.
- Go to Setup.
- Click Object Manager.
- Search and click on Question Object.
- Click Fields and Relationships.
- Click Remote Library Field.
- Click Set Field Level Security.
- Find 'TaroWorks Partner User' and grant Visible access to this profile by checking the checkbox.
