Introduction
TaroWorks helps you track your individual performance on your mobile device. The gives you a clear update on your progress and allows organization to implement incentive schemes.
- Job Targets track the number of times a Job is submitted.
- Performance indicators of records created. Performance indicators are especially useful if the number of records created per job may vary or if there are multiple jobs that create records for the same object.

A. Job Targets
A mobile user can see progress on their Job Targets by clicking on the performance tab. Here is an example of Job Targets progress.
B. Performance Indicators
Performance indicators track records created and updated. Here's an example of performance indicator progress. You may have to tap the Indicators tab as shown in the picture below.
