05. Disable Caching (Optional)

Introduction

Disabling this specific caching setting improves the user experience when performing mass updates to mobile users from the TaroWorks Mobile Users tab.

Disable Caching Setting

1. Click on the gear icon in the top right hand corner and click on Setup.
2. Enter "Session Settings" in the Quick Find box, then select Session Settings. 
3. Uncheck "Enable secure and persistent browser caching to improve performance" in the Caching section. 
4. Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
