Introduction
TaroWorks helps your staff to track their individual performance on their mobile device. This functionality not only provides a feedback loop to mobile users when submitting Jobs, but also enables the field manager to execute better incentive schemes.
- Job targets track the number of submissions for a particular Job.
- Performance indicators track the number of additions for a particular Object.
- Performance indicators are especially useful if the number of records created per job may vary or if there are multiple jobs that create records for the same object.
You can set Performance Indicators for each of your active TaroWorks Mobile Users on Partner Community license with a number of records to be created on a weekly or monthly basis, with a different target for each object. This affords great flexibility in setting targets. For example:
Indicator Name |
Field Officer Andika |
Field Officer Budi |
New Members Signed up |
15 records / week |
30 records / week |
Sales Transactions Made |
90 records / month |
60 records / month |
