TaroWorks is not limited to improving the timeliness and accuracy of incoming data and enabling the field officers to access enterprise data on the ground, but it also helps your staff to track their own performance at any time via their device - this in turn motivates them and allows the field manager to execute better incentive schemes.
Starting TaroWorks 7.4, you can set Job targets for each of your active TaroWorks Mobile Users on Salesforce and Platform licenses in addition to Partner Community licenses.
In addition, the TaroWorks Admin can now create custom timeframes in addition to the weekly and monthly time frames. You can also set Job Targets for the active TaroWorks Mobile Users using profiles. This affords great flexibility in setting targets. For example:
Job Name |
Field Officer Andika |
Field Officer Budi |
Register New Members |
10 jobs / week |
50 jobs / week |
Follow-up Visit |
100 jobs / month |
20 jobs / month |
