Mobile Troubleshooting Guide - WITH Error Codes

While TaroWorks is designed to give the smoothest experience for both Field Officers and Field Coordinators, a variety of events can occur within the intricate system that would interfere with normal function. To help users identify the cause and quickly resume operations, TaroWorks provides you with a list of all error messages seen on the Android app and the recommended steps to resolve them. NOTE: This section has multiple pages.

  • Error 10014: Device ID has changed on this device. Please contact your administrator to remove the Device from your Salesforce instance.
  • Error 10015: Unrecognized Device. Please try again or contact your administrator.
  • Error 10016 - You have been automatically logged out for security reasons. Please log in again to continue syncing. If you have any unsent jobs, they will be sent after logging in.
  • Error 10017 - Cannot Login as Mobile User
  • Error 10018 - You do not have a license to access TaroWorks
  • Error 20000: One or more forms could not be downloaded. Please try again or contact your administrator.
  • Error 20001: One or more forms could not be downloaded. Please try again or contact your administrator.
  • Error 20002: One or more forms could not be downloaded. Please try again or contact your administrator.
  • Error 20003: The following jobs could not be sent: (list of jobs). Please try again or contact your administrator.
  • Error 20004: The following jobs have been closed after submission. (list of jobs).
  • Error 20005: You do not have permission to submit job (list of jobs). Please contact your administrator.
  • Error 20006: The following jobs could not be sent: (list of jobs). Please try again or contact your administrator.

  • Error 20008: The following jobs could not be sent due to media submission issue: (list all jobs with the missing header). Please try again or contact your administrator.
  • Error 20009: At least one of the jobs sent did not have the form field mapping completed due to deleted fields. Please contact your administrator.
  • Error 20010: The following jobs could not be sent due to Salesforce mapping issues. (list of jobs). Please contact your administrator.
  • Error 20011: The following jobs could not be sent: (list of jobs). Please try again or contact your administrator.
  • Error 20012: The following jobs could not be sent: (list of jobs). Please try again or contact your administrator.
  • Error 20013: The following jobs could not be downloaded: (list of jobs). Please try again or contact your administrator.
  • Error 20014: The following jobs could not be sent due to a Salesforce mapping error where the reference record could not be found. (list of jobs). Please contact your administrator.
  • Error 20015: Some jobs could not be sent due to missing forms files on the device. Please contact your administrator.
  • Error 20016: There was an issue downloading the form for task <name of collect data task> of job <job name>. Please click Sync to download again. If the problem persists, please contact your help desk.
  • Error 20017: The following jobs could not be submitted due to problems with the GPS captured from GPS questions (list all jobs with this issue). Please contact your help desk.
  • Error 20021: An Error occurred when submitting [Name of the Job]
  • Error 20023: There was a problem with downloading Cascading Selects for the following form(s)
  • Error 20027: Media files of survey on mobile are too large. Image resize failed
  • Error 30000: The following jobs could not be sent: (list of jobs). Please try again or contact your administrator.
  • Error 30001: The following jobs could not be sent because of problems with GPS: (list of jobs). Please try again or contact your administrator.
