Cause
For security reasons, after upgrading the TaroWorks Salesforce managed package and TaroWorks Android app to version 3.0 or higher, all field officers must have an active Partner Community User account in order to login and sync. Any field officers attempting to login or sync without one (ie. trying to login as the old mobile user) will receive this error message.
Solution
- Follow the instructions in this article to migrate your mobile users over to Partner Community Users
- If you have already done step 1 above, please double check to see if there are any reason the old mobile user was not migrated. (You should see error messages if any users cannot be converted.)
- You can also manually create a Partner Community User for the field officers to use following the steps in this article.
- If none of the steps above were able to resolve this problem, please contact support.
