Cause 1
Granting the View All Custom Settings was a manual upgrade step when upgrading to TaroWorks 7.0. This step has been missed for the affected user.
Solution 1
Enable View All Custom Settings in a the mobile user's profile.
Cause 2
Failure to assign TaroWorks Mobile Users with Salesforce and Platform Licenses a TaroWorks Mobile User permission set.
Solution 2
- Go to Setup.
- Enter "Permission set" in the Quick Find box, then select Permission sets.
- Click TaroWorks Mobile User Permission set.
- Click Manage Assignments.
- Click Add Assignments.
- Select the User(s) to Assign the permission set by checking the checkbox. Click Assign.
- Click Done.
