If you collect TaroWorks data in special characters (e.g. í, ó, ú, ü, ñ), and you are not seeing these characters when you export data from Salesforce, you may need to adjust the encoding.
To do so, use the following steps:
- Open the CSV in Notepad.
- Select File > Save As.
- For Save as type: choose All Files.
- Type .csv at the end of the File name.
- Select UTF-8 for the Encoding.
- Click Save.
- Open the file in Excel.
