Cause
Due to a Salesforce Known Issue, some organizations may encounter an error when adding the "View All Custom Settings" permission to TaroWorks Mobile Users' profiles, which was a manual upgrade step for TaroWorks 7.0.
Solution
For each TaroWorks Mobile User profile:
- Uncheck Run Reports.
- Check View All Custom Settings.
- Save.
- Check Run Reports.
After this is complete on each profile, the issue will not recur. You can update the View All Custom Settings without error. However, this permission is required for syncing.
