10. How to Clone a Form

Introduction

There are two ways in which you can clone an existing TaroWorks form. Both of which are possible from the Forms tab on the TaroWorks application in Salesforce. 

• A. Clone from New Form Button
• B. Clone from More Actions Drop-down Menu

Getting Started

A. Clone from New Form Button

1. Open Forms tab.
   
2. Click New Form: 
3. Select Clone Existing Form.
   
4. Select a form to clone.
   
5. Click Save and Continue. 
6. Enter a Title for your form.
   
7. Click Save and Continue. 

B. Clone from More Actions Drop-down Menu

1. Open the Forms tab.
   
2. Click on the More Actions drop-down menu.
3. Select Clone. 
   
   

Tips and Tricks

• When you clone Forms they are in a Draft Status.
• When you clone a form from More Actions the clone will be the first form in your form list.
• Form titles must be unique.
• The title of a cloned form has CLONE 1 added to the front of the form title.
• Max Form Title Length (80 Characters).
