06. Update Page Layout

Introduction

Now that we've converted all our attachments to Files we can update our Page Layouts to view Files rather than attachments. The following steps will go through how to update the page layouts for the Form Version object.

Update Page Layout

1. Click Setup. 

2. Click Object Manager. 

3. Type 'Form Version' in the search box and click on the Form Version object. 

4. Click on the Page Layouts section and click on FormVersion Layout. 

5. Select Related Lists.

6. Remove the 'Notes and Attachment' related list.

7. Drag and drop the 'Files' related list into the 'Related Lists' section.

8. Click Save.
