Error 00009: Error when processing Survey mapping

Cause

The record(s) on this job were not created offline because an error occurred during form mapping. As a result the record will not be recorded offline. However the record will be available during sync.

Solution

Mobile user can delete all jobs referencing the offline record in order to go back and edit the creation job. Then redo all the subsequent jobs.

1. Delete all referencing jobs.
2. Fix the reference in the first job.
3. So that you can redo the jobs.
