Cause 1
The record type cannot be found either because its been deleted or inactive.
Solution 1
- Go to Setup.
- Find the Record Type giving the error.
- Verify that the Record Type exists and is spelled correctly as in your Form.
Cause 2
You do not have access to <Record Type Name> Record Type.
Solution 2
- Go to Setup> Profiles.
- Go to the Profile of the Mobile User e.g. TaroWorks Partner User.
- Click Object Permissions.
- Verify that the profile has Read, Create & Edit permissions for these Record Types.
Cause 3
You do not have access to <Record Type Name> The Record Type is missing. Please try again or contact your Administrator.
Solution 3
If you have Translations set up in the workbench, confirm that the translated picklist values are mapped on the form and the mobile user language is set to the translated language.
If the above doesn't work in alleviating the error, please contact TaroWorks support with this error code.
